Recorder deed - Cook County
I brought my property in December 2019. I haven’t got the original deed yet. Im hearing that attorneys haven’t got the deed from title company yet and Covid is causing delay in getting it back from the cook county.
Is this usual? Anything thing to be concerned about or any questions to ask them or I can self verify? Okay waiting for the document as long as there are no impacts for refinance/selling etc.

@Ryan Bird - I have one from late Feb that I still haven't received. CC usually took months before the pandemic and it's slowed since then.
