Attorney recommendations near Chicago
Working through the early stages of my first deal and looking to add a strong real estate attorney to my team. The deal is coming through some family friends who are currently wholesaling. I would like some legal guidance on the deal contracting before we take the next steps.
In addition to the contract review, I am working on this deal with a partner, so we would prefer it if our attorney also has experience in partnerships.
Can anyone recommend an attorney I can add to my team?
