Cost estimate for three flat/duplex balcony

Neil G.
Posted

Anyone able to provide a ballpark estimate for the cost of a rear balcony on a Chicago three flat? No preference on whether it’s iron or wood, whatever is cheaper. Would be for upper two units, ideally with stairs to ground. Thanks in advance.

@Neil G. Send a picture of it to Mr Porch (Frank) and they can give you a number without coming out.  Wood is cheaper but wood has gone up in the last year due to rise of material costs.
