Hi folks, can anyone recommend a Chicago area licensed architect? Need help with plans for some basement work.

Hi Seb.  I would recommend @Samuel Pavlovcik.  He is very knowledgeable.  Can I ask what kind of basement work you are planning? I am also planning on doing some basement work in my 2-flat.
