Who can help pulling out comps?

Hi fellow BP members. I am asking for help - I found properties FSBO in Indianapolis (zip 46280) and need comps to analyze deals. First property is a single home 2/2 in zip, just north of beltway 465, with about 1500 sq. ft and .25 acre lot. Second in a duplex (2/1 each unit) in the same area with about 1500 sq ft.

Willing to help pulling comps in MD. If deal will not work for me, I will be gladly refer it to local realtor.
