Washer and Dryer Hookup

James Hayward
Posted

Hello BP Community,

I was wondering if you all had advice on some things to look for before I tour a two unit regarding putting in a washer and dryer hook up in a unit. The first floor unit has washer/dryer in the basement but the second floor unit doesn't have any. Assuming there was the space, how easy is it to put it in? Are there some things I should be looking for as I tour the second floor unit? Also, any rough estimates on cost?

Thanks!

These are all very helpful! Really appreciate it! I will definitely be looking for the outlets, drain pipe options and dryer vent options. Thank you!
