Hello Guys and Gals!
Hello just wanted to know if their any flippers needing capital or just wants to streamline their flips down to 4-6 weeks with a guaranteed exit strategy (buyer) ? I have a lender that actually offers 0 points and 7% interest. Just looking out for us flippers. I know how hard it can be trying to get started.
