Seeking structural engineer, etc referrals to consult about walls

Posted

Hi all!

Could you please refer a structural engineer or someone who could help to determine whether walls are load bearing or non-load bearing. In our live in flip, we are interested in adjusting the layout, expanding bathroom sizes, etc.

I imagine being able to do so virtually would be the most cost-effective, especially if it's possible to determine load bearing status by video inspection of the attic.

I'm in the east San Diego area.

Please let me know if you have any questions about specifics.

Thank you!

Chris
