First Time Gut Renovation Questions
Hey guys, I'm interested in making an offer on a 500 sqft studio condo in the Jersey City area. It almost needs a gut renovation (new bathroom, kitchen, repaint wall, sand the floor). I had one contractor look over and he quoted 28K for the project and I need to get the materials (which I have no experience with). Do you guys have any tips along the process? If you recommend any contractor in the area, that'd be great!
