First Time Flipping in the Boston Area

Hello everyone,

I am preparing for my first REI venture.

I am looking to start by flipping houses in the Boston Area.

My finances are structured, and I am still collecting information to give me more confidence and direction.

I intend to start with a two multi-family house and possibly convert it to a triplex.

Does anyone have relevant information to share with me?
