Starting with flipping properties
Hello everyone
I currently live in London (UK) and I am trying to get my head around the market. I believe have found a possible great opportunity to flip a 5 bedrooms house but I am a complete novice. The house is in very poor condition, mold, broken floor, old walls...very poor condition. However the auction price is very low (1/5 of low end market sale price) and the house is in a great area. I was wondering if someone can help me giving me some average numbers on how much usually cost to completely rehab a 5 bedroom house and the time will take to renovate.
