OOS Project Manager Guidance/Experience

Hello,

I'm a software project manager and looking to do an OOS BRRRR in the future. I'd like to see if anyone has any experience doing a BRRRR as a project manager (construction) remotely. I'd like to compare how software and construction project managing are similar in nature.... i.e. project schedule, Scope of Work, Milestones, Scope summary, risks/issue log, Deliverable Acceptance Notifications, and all the PM knowledge areas and processes.

Have you thought about taking a more hands off approach to out of state investing? There are companies out there that will flip the house, sell it to you and then property manage it as well.
