OOS Project Manager Guidance/Experience

Hello,

I'm a software project manager and looking to do an OOS BRRRR in the future. I'd like to see if anyone has any experience doing a BRRRR as a project manager (construction) remotely. I'd like to compare how software and construction project managing are similar in nature.... i.e. project schedule, Scope of Work, Milestones, Scope summary, risks/issue log, Deliverable Acceptance Notifications, and all the PM knowledge areas and processes.

Thanks in advance,

Yann

Have you thought about taking a more hands off approach to out of state investing? There are companies out there that will flip the house, sell it to you and then property manage it as well. Turkey Real estate investment is the name of the approach. It gives investors the comfort of working with a team that has a consistent and reliable reputation. Best of luck with all future investments @Yann Jugeat
