Question about Pop Top properties wholesaling
Guys, question about Pop Top properties?
How do you comp them?
Is there per sf fix cost of an additional floor or what would be the best way to do the CMA?
Also, for wholesaling... Where do you see a better margin opportunity - tear downs or Pop Top properties, with all the metrics to be equal?
Would appreciate any pointers...
