Looking for licensed draftsman in Cleveland
Hi all! I'm working on my first rehab and trying to turn attic space into a bedroom.
The city of Cleveland says I need floor plans to scale submitted for them to review. I don't need a stamp or an architect sign off per the city. I'm having trouble finding a draftsman. Any suggestions will help.
