Cheap properties In NY
Hi I have this house that I am looking at to flip, most lenders have limits set at 75k. Does anyone know anyone exerts with lower limits. Willing to compensate the interest rates and points so both parties can be profitable.

Comparable rentals in area for 3 Bed 1 bath- $1500-$1650
