Ideas for historic flipping data (before and after) in my area?
Hi!
I am new to flipping and currently try to identify my farm area (within 1 hour from LAX area). Bear with me if this question isn't great and would be happy to get explanations!
Do you have tips and tricks on how to determine historically flipped houses in certain areas of interest? I would like to get an understanding of properties like
- Initial price and type of sale (would mainly be interested in REOs for now) alongside the typical key details
- Duration of rehab (guess listing date can serve as a proxy?)
- Listing price
- Price sold
I understand that I can go to Zillow to pull up recently sold data but hope there is a smarter way as I find filters in Zillow quite limited for this purpose.
Does anybody have a good website listing past foreclosures or REOs? That way, it seems possible to pull Zillow data in a more targeted fashion at least..
