Looking for investor friendly contractors

Hello fellow investors and team members, i am looking to network with fellow contractors in the Milwaukee area that are investor friendly.  I am looking to create a relationship and bring contractors to view houses prior to purchasing them. I have called several contractors in the area but they all require me to own the home before providing any quotes. Any contacts or help would be appreciated:) thank you!

You are wasting their time if you have the walk every property you analyze. Put a property under contract then have the contractors walk it, if you want to learn how to estimate rehab costs get a professional quote and pay for it. See what prices they quoted you on a gut
