1031 on fist flip house
Just received a check for my first flip house and I haven’t cashed it yet because I’m wondering if there is anyway to take the profits and 1031 into a new flip house. The flip was sold in less than a year so my cpa said there was nothing I could do but I was wondering if anyone else knew about something that he does not. Thanks I’m advance.
