Rehab / Flip Consultant? Mentor / Help?

Hi all!

I'm in the process of my first large renovation (beyond cosmetic), and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the choices & decisions that need to be made. Given that we made the purchase with hard money, we want to get things moving as quickly as possible. It just feels like there's 10,000+ decisions that need to be mapped out and planned out. I'm sure once we finish this first one, any subsequent ones will be a lot easier, but for now, the end seems incredibly daunting ha.

Anyway, I'm looking for someone who's willing to guide me through this project & provide mentorship. I'm hoping that would help shorten learning curve on this a lot. I'm happy to share everything I know about short term rentals for anyone interested :)

We can give you free input right here on the forums but you are going to need to provide more detail (house specs plus photos). Plus post a list of questions of exactly what you need help with.

Also, generally speaking, if you have a good general contractor, architect, and designer they should be able to guide you through the process.

$1mil house or $100k house?  1,000 sf or 10,000?  Where is the house?  Is this a flip or a rental or something else?  When was the house built?  What is your design style?  I think you'll find the right guide will vary by project.
