Can you recommend a rehab app?
Is there an app out there that will let me document repairs and maybe even allow me to use my camera to image search various things that might need repair and estimate costs in my area?
For example, if I could use my phone to take a picture of a damaged AC and the app pulls up prices in my area? This then gets added to the total estimated rehab. I’m new to rehabbing so I would like to learn pricing and how to identify what needs to be repaired.
