Hi All, looking for some advice on a home a recently found in a great location, on a big property and the home is in good condition. I am looking to buy the home, rehabbing and selling. After doing some research, I am confident the house has a natural spring under the property. If this is the case, from a building perspective, what are the cons of buying this property?
