Finished flip - this is the craziest before and after I've ever done...

Hi everyone, 

Thought to share a little bit about a recent flip we did in Atlanta.

The crazy part is this was the before picture: 

I'm posting to see if people would be interested to learn more about how we went about doing this flip as there was so much to it. It was a gut job so we covered every aspect of a flip you can imagine. 

I'm not always attentive on this site but will do my best to answer all and any questions on it!

@Sunny Malik - Fantastic work, I'd love to learn more about your scope of work and the renvoation cost breakdown. Also, do you mind breaking down the numbers of the purchase price, holding costs, renovation and expected profit? I am a multifamily investor but would love to start building some extra capital via flips and this is good educational material for sure!
