Help with finding reliable contractors
Hi community,
My wife and I am trying to purchase our first investment property. I'm looking for a little guidance when searching for a reliable contractor. We've heard a lot of horror stories about contractors running off with funds. Any help would be appreciated

I agree 100% with @Bob Okenwa. Most of the contractors that I have used on my flips were referrals from REI meetups.
