Hi everyone, I'm an REO Asset Manager overseeing the disposition of mostly Single Family Homes in about a dozen states. I'm hoping you can help me navigate some things I need please:

- where is the best place on here to find local GSs?

- where is the best place on here to find an REO certified real estate agent who is very familiar with securing assets, hiring local crews, etc? I've been a real estate agent for many years so I am really only looking for REO agents who have A LOT of experience. I kindly ask not to blindly message me, I would prefer to post in a forum here with what my needs are along with the location/market.

- where is the best place on here to post as-is assets that we would like to sell off market? I kindly ask not to message me until I can post in the proper forum with the details of each asset.

- for any other Asset Managers on here, what's your favorite software to use for tracking your REOs during disposition? I have over 100 that I am managing and I'm not thrilled with Microsoft Project and basic Excel. Looking for a comprehensive and flexible system. We have lots of moving parts with each asset and I need to organize into one system.

Thank you everyone - it's been a bit since I logged in here and :-)
