Any Experienced Rehabber/Project Manager In Sacramento Oit There?
Hello,
I inherited a half interest in duplex that needs a mid to heavy rehab. Termite reports have been done and the critters taken care of. The damage needs to be addressed. There are others issues and I need an experienced rehabber/project manager to help me with this project that is not a contractor(s) hired (to avoid a conflict of interest).
Have you worked with someone like this before? How did you find this person? What was the fair compensation?
