Estimate for Siding replacement, Window capping and Gutters.

Hi all - I am new to this and want to get your opinion on this estimate.  It's a ranch house.  The sides are all brick, so the siding is just on the back (full) and front (partial).  Back is 40 foot wide and 9 feet high.  Is this really high?!
