sales agreement contract & assignment contract
hello everyone my name is manuel Rodriguez , I am currently a virtual wholesaler and I came across a great deal in Arizona but the agent told me she can't my assigment and sales agreement contract because her broker insurance doesn't cover that type of contract I would appreciate any help and would be more than happy to partner up to make this deal work
