Independent Contractor Looking to Learn and Network

Good morning, 

My name is Jesus Diaz and I am an avid listener of the BP podcast. I’m posting on this forum to put my name out there and to find someone willing to teach me in my area. I am looking for a mentor or teacher to show me the ropes with flipping, finding deals, long term/short term rentals in exchange for a hard working individual with a lot of construction knowledge. I currently have started my own construction business and I currently work with contractors on house flips until I have enough capital to get my GC license myself.
