SoCal fix and flip
This post is directed for anyone flipping houses in the LA/OC area. What you are doing is exactly what I want to be doing. I am interested flipping homes as well. I have no experience in real estate investing but have been reading books and listening to hundreds of podcast hours and I am ready to get off the sidelines. I would love to connect and talk real estate. Can I buy you lunch or a coffee? I am looking to gain both knowledge as well as hands on experience in real estate investing.
