I'm based out of Charlotte NC and having great success in all the sub markets within an hour radius truly.. Monroe, gastonia, Kannapolis, concord etc. the list goes on. Charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the US right now! If you have deals in the Charlotte area send em my way!
