Flip "Construction Design"

I'm considering hiring a company that will meet with me and design our flips from studs to finished product, including the functionality of the property to the actual finishes used; i.e. the design of the flip.  For those flippers that have/do this could you share your experience in doing so?  How did you go about finding the company that you use?  Is there a rule of thumb on cost associated with this type of service?  

What I don't want is a design company that is also a General Contractor.  I sub out all of the work myself and just need the design part.
