Fix and flip CRM?

Hello, what are some recommendations for a CRM to manage fix and flip projects? I have 3 under my belt and using Excel to track all the P&L. Is there a better option?

For free softwares, Excel, Trello and Notion would works. For paid softwares, it depends on the scale of your investments. Monday.com, Zoho, REI/kit, Flipperforce are softwares that are common.

We do 20 Flips/BRRRRs per year and use these tools:Underwriting - DealCheckProject Management - ClickUpBookkeeping - QuickBooks Online Plus Team Communication - SlackFile Storage - Google Drive

a lot of these other software's are really excel based . its better to already build off of your own with metrics that interest you in the project
