Quickbooks and Rehabbing

Hey guys,

I just closed on my first rehab today and I am looking to record all transactions made in relation to this property.

I heard that Quickbooks Pro is great for this purpose, so I am trying it out. I have little familiarity with QB, so any tips for use in Real Estate investing would be great. Helpful links/videos would be great as well.

Thanks!

I am a rehabber and use QuickBooks Pro 2013. I list all my rehab houses by "Class" so make sure you use that.
