Looking to expand to other cities. Help!

I have been investing in Minneapolis, MN for years now. As most markets with large hedge fund buying, and REO listings at a lul, it is becoming more and more difficult to acquire properties without spending thousands of dollars on marketing. I am looking to expand into other cities. I would like to network/locate other real estate professionals and investors to help me with this. Let's talk about it!
