Where to find good contractos or renovation

Hello, I'm new to flipping and I'm working on setting up my to for fix and flip,where do you find a good contractor for renovating a multi-family house?

There is no such thing as finding a good contractor for the long-term and it's not always because the contractor is the problem. Contractors and new investors are like oil and water. New investors think they can trust them and not give them a full work order and leave them be and that does not work. Contractors, in general, are also doing a lot of jobs and will prioritize the ones where they can have the most people at the same time.

Even my best contractors over the years got greedy at some point. The advice above is average. You can find them on FB forums, or via sites, but reviews on sites are mostly fake and you have to know that these are real people recommending on FB. Meetups is where you can find who other people used and how reliable they are.

@Amanuel Gebrelibanos I assume you are working with an investor friendly (knowlegable) agent to find your property. Many agents are also investors and have a network of subcontractors. You can ask your agent for referrals or ask your agent to put out an agent to agent broadcast searching for the type of contractors you need. Another good way to meet people is to get bids while you are under contract and doing your due diligence / inspections. Bring in several plumbers, several electricians, etc. (or several GCs who will hire those people for you). See who clicks with you (and who actually answers their phone! They can be very busy these days...)
