I am somewhat new to the rehab/flip game and wanted to see if anyone had feedback on the wholesale website, motivatedleads.com? The platform of the website seems pretty straight forward but I was curious if anyone had any real world experience and if so what they like/dislike. Any input is greatly appreciated!
