Best North Florida market for flips?

Hi All 

I'm relocating from the northeast to north Florida in a few months and looking to start rei with some small flips. I'm looking for any advice on the markets there. 

I'm looking between Jacksonville, Gainesville, ocala and Daytona.  I know some contractors in Ocala so that seems to make some sense. 

Just looking for any insights or connections in these markets.
