2024 Fix n Flip Plan - Help needed!
Hi everyone, I have a personal goal for the year of 2024 of achieving 200K in profit from flipping properties before Dec 31, 2024.
I wanted to know what the everyone's thoughts are on accomplish this goal. With the right plan anything is possible. Has anyone been able to accomplish something similar? How did you get there?
I'm open to all feedback. However, please remain positive.

Looking at your "plan", I can tell you that you took some classes and paid some good $$$ for education. Looks very good in paper. Being this is almost August 2024, you got 4 months to do make $200K. And it seems like (to me) you are a starter. I am in the fix n flip niche for last 10 years. If you work really hard and change the date to 2025 it can be achievable. Otherwise I have doubt. Not to discourage you but I want you to be realistic. fix n flip niche is not that easy like all the GURUs out there presenting it to be so easy. Real Estate investing is a long journey not a "get rich quick phenomenon. Good luck. Happy to help in any way I can. Reach out.
