Using Direct Buy for rehabs

Does anybody out there use Direct Buy for their rehabs? Tile, flooring, appliances, fixtures are all massively discounted. I am concerned about the timing of the deliveries though which is why I am hoping someone has this experience.

I was iuyn Florida recently and visited the Habitat for Humanity outlet stores, they has excellent prices on both new and used items for houses. Lowe's give a 5% discount for business accounts and 10% for Vet's; if you buy discontinued items you can get some excellent prices. Just food for thought.
