Roof on house Flip Question
Hey BP Family!
I purchased a rehab project here in Tampa FL. The full roof was replaced in 2020. The home had fire damage in the garage after roof replacement. I am having to replace the Truss and roof over the garage (garage is attached to the house). Should I replace the entire roof so not to deter buyers? My thought is tgat if I only replace the fire damaged part of roof, I will need to disclose that the roof was partially replaced. Thank you!

What is the cost difference between replacing only the garage vs whole roof?
Think from a buyers perspective, if you were looking at a house that had fire damage that was repaired would you want a whole new roof or only a partial new roof? I'd rather have the whole new roof.
