Floorplan software recommendations?

Hi all,

I tried Magicplan and found that it could not create a floorplan using my Android tablet's sensors as advertised and it's room-focused approach made doing a manual plan very difficult.

So I thought I'd see if anybody has any recommendations.. here's my wish list:
1) runs on android
2) can either: scan walls to create a floor plan as I walk through a property, OR, allows me to enter in exterior walls, fix them in place, and then add rooms within either as walls or objects.

Bonus:
3) can send the plan to something that runs on Windows for further editing
