Electric Company
A realtor friend of mine just put a house vacant house under contract for her client. When the client went to have the electric turned on, they told her since it had been vacant for more then a year, it would have to be inspected by our county inspector. I have never encounter this.. Has anyone else? It seems like this place must have been flagged or something for the electric company to require this.
