As @Zachary Deal and Chris said, you'll need to know that not every deal is a home run or even a triple. The most successful people that I have heard on podcasts and met in real estate know that it is all about getting a single here and there and then going to get a homerun while doing those singles. This is a marathon and not a sprint, so look at it like that so that you can have a long and fruitful career.
