Would you flip a house with no basement?
Would you flip a house with no basement? I know the ARV will be less and the buyer pool will be smaller. Would you still move forward with it? We are looking at a 2 bed, 1 bath, no basement potential flip 2 blocks from a lake (not sure if the part about the lake helps). We'd be putting the property on the market in mid-to-late August.
