Umbrella Policy for Flipping LLC
Does anyone know of a company that will provide an umbrella policy for an LLC which is used solely for flips? We obviously have insurance coverage on each property we flip, but I am looking to add an umbrella policy for our overall LLC.

All state has an umbrella policy. I currently pay $45 a month for a couple of million in liability coverage and it's been $45 for me for years. I am looking to shop around to see what other insurance companies have umbrella as I have all of my rentals with all state and premiums have increased which seems to be the norm in the industry now but shopping around for the best fit/price seems like the best option.
