Fix and Flip Insurance

Justine Gatton
Posted

I am just starting out in my investment journey. I am in contract for a fix and flip property. My question is around insurance. The loan requires insurance obviously, reading the forums I discovered i need builders risk insurance....

I called nationwide because it came up in my Google search. They will not insure me because I do not have 3 years experience and I am not planning to hire a GC.

Where should I be going to get my insurance?
