Hello, I have owned a LTR duplex in Cleveland OH for 2 years now and i'm ready to take the next step and get into Fix & Flips. I'm based in NY and looking into distressed properties in upstate NY. I am looking to build my team and since this is my first flip, bring someone on who has more experience flipping.
