Mentor/help in house flipping

Hello

My name is Marian, i currently live in Denmark and i am waiting to get approved for a green card. In the meantime i have been doing research, listening to podcasts, analyzing deals to the best of my ability without being able to inspect the properties.

I am here to ask if there is anyone involved in house flipping that would be open to mentoring me, a bit as i have the possibility to do research and work that can be done remotely. I am okay with doing this for free, my goal with finding someone to mentor me is to get a better insight in how everything works, and to work on my abilities and get feedback on my work from someone with more experience.

The plan after i get my green card is to partner up with my friend who is working on getting his real estate licence, our plan long term is to start by flipping houses and then down the road get into either short term rental or long term rental. I am at a place at the moment where i am doing everything i can to learn as much as possible until i can make the move from Denmark to the US. I have a course in copywriting and i am a qualified carpenter, the Danish carpentry degree requires 4,5 years of hard work which i have gone through so i can call myself a specialist. Of course during my time as a carpenter and my time as an apprentice i have picked up skills from all the other proffessions, this has allowed me to be able to estimate repairs and prices better.

If anyone is open to a mentorship, i would love to set up a video call, and get to know each other. I would also love to show you my deal analyzing calculator, which i have made in Excel, this has helped me speed things up while analyzing deals from far away.
