Need some help
Good evening everyone! My name is Frank Lemos. I recently attended a seminar to help get me started in flipping houses and wholesaling. The bad part is I couldn't make the 25k investment to continue on. I currently have a team of people ready to work to succeed. I am looking for an investor as well as a contractor. I have found a few properties that could result in some profit. If anyone could help me truly figure out the way to do all of this, I would be greatly appreciative. If there are any mentors out there, I am always available to get some help. Thank you.
