Mentorship, Friendship, and Mutual Gain

Good afternoon all, I'm looking to start an organic mentorship in our area. I'd like to help an experienced investor with their fix and flips. It doesn't matter how, and it doesn't have to be paid. I don't have many handy skills but I am willing to learn. I am however very good with janitorial issues, and I'm not afraid to get nice and dirty. And I'm strong if you need things moved.

 I'm just looking to build a genuine relationship with a stranger who has similar goals and interests.
